Almost exactly 2 years later, I am back! I recently looked back over my posts from the years past and it brought back so many great memories-- things I had forgotten and things that just made me happy to remember and reflect on. So, I decided to start writing yet again! This time on a more regular basis. I've been working on my calendar for the year and am VOWING to post a minimum of 3 times/week. I'm going to try that out for the first few months and see how it goes. Today is the 3rd day of 2018! A New Year that I am very excited for! 2017 was great and we have so much to be thankful for, but it was a big year of adjusting for us also. We made some big decisions in our first full year of being married. We made a huge leap in refinancing Jeff's student loans (we took them from a 25 year term to a 7 year term!), I bought a new car, and we began seriously considering moving back to Bakersfield to be closer to my family. I left my job at WeddingWire and started wedding planning full time! I am going to be looking for a new job once we are in Bakersfield, but will still be planning weddings on the side. I am excited to hopefully get to plan some weddings and events for friends and family!

It's so crazy to believe that Reagan wasn't even born yet when I last posted...again I'm promising myself to do better!

We are still in LA for now, but this is a decision that we've been thinking about for months and if all works out, we are hoping to be in Bakersfield within the next few weeks! We don't have a house yet, so we are still unsure of exactly WHERE we will be living, but at least we will be there :)

I have lots on the docket for 2018, personally and professionally. I will share my 2018 vision board as soon as I finish it (....I know the year already started, but again, I'm behind). Here are some of my best memories from 2017. Cheers to 2018!!

Celebrated Tatum turning 5 in February with her dress up party and a trip to the American Girl store at The Grove! She got car sick on the way but ended up feeling much better. Poor baby!

Celebrated Reagan's 1st Birthday in April!

Went wine tasting with my parents in May in Paso Robles! We had given them the wine tour as a gift for our wedding and we went in May to celebrate both my dad and Jeff's birthdays!

27 year old Birthday Boy...even got a FaceTime call from Miss Rea Rea

In June we went back to San Diego and stayed at the hotel we got married at for our anniversary! We had dinner the at the restaurant we had our rehearsal dinner at (Il Fornaio in Coronado) and attended mass at The Immaculata where we got married!
